Overview

Niu Mengxiang, a language teacher from Yangzhao High School, was appointed by the city to the key poverty-stricken village Chujiapo as the first secretary. The continuous rainstorm for several days made Niu Mengxiang, who had not yet taken up his post, very anxious because Chujiapo was halfway up the mountain and could be in danger at any time.
