"Beginners' Class" (46 min.) is an introduction to the practice of yoga; "AM Wake-up" (12 min.) is an energizing workout to start the day by awakening your body and mind; "PM Relax & Restore" (10 min.) is a restorative series of poses to calm your mind and body.
